Logging into ControlMap

ControlMap supports a few login options including login to MSP Dashboard, ScalePad HUB login and Tenant Login as outlined below. In addition to these ControlMap supports various authentication options including login via Username/Password + MFA along with SSO via custom SSO or Microsoft / Google login.

ScalePad Hub: 

The primary location to logon to all ScalePad adds is: https://app.scalepad.com.

Is this the first time you're signing in after your ScalePad product was migrated to the ScalePad Hub? Check out Signing In to Your Centralized ScalePad Hub Account for the First Time for some slightly different steps.

Notes on SSO and MFA Support:

For SSO please use Google or Microsoft authentication. SAML will no longer be supported.

For MFA support please reset MFA after first logon to ScalePad Hub.

ControlMap Tenant Login

ControlMap supports direct login to a tenant for various purposes including end-client login, end-user login. Authentication options for the tenant include Username/Password + MFA or SSO via One Login, Azure or Okta. More information available here: Sign-in with SSO or Microsoft / Google
