Granting User Access

Note: Prior to granting Admin/Standard user access to ControlMap, the user in question needs to already exist in the ScalePad Hub. For step-by-step instructions on adding a new user in the ScalePad Hub, see Creating a New User.
  1. In ControlMap's MSP Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Users. (note: Dark Mode Optional)

  2. Click the Add user button.

  3. You will see a prompt explaining that MSP Admins are now managed within ScalePad Hub.  You'll be able to "Invite users" who have already been added to the ScalePad Hub but do not currently have access to ControlMap. Configure user access for your desired user(s) as needed and click the Invite User button when done.
