The ControlMap Client Dashboard provides a summary view of the overall compliance work managed within ControlMap along with some specific features and functions organized into tabs: Summary + ToDo + Comparison.

 

The Client Dashboard was updated in Q1 2025 to including new features such as:

  • Compliance Health Score
  • Compliance Achieved (Timelines + Summary + Comparison)
  • Historical Comparison's by Month/Quarter/Year
  • Recent Activity
  • ToDo: Action Items + Documents (Policies) + Evidence
  • Kanban Boards
  • Dark Mode Support

Client Health Score:

 

The Client Health Score is calculated by combining a total score of all work to be done including:

Documents / Evidence / Framework Objectives / Assessment / Risk / Action Items / Scan Results

Click on: "How is Compliance Health Score Calculated" to see the breakdown by category

  • Scoring is based on the following numeric calculations:
    • Yes / Complete / Compliant= 1
    • No / Not Started = 0
    • Partial / In Progress = 0.5
    • N/A = Out of Scope
  •  

 

More detailed scoring by category:

  • Documents/Policies by completion status:
    • Approved / Ready for Approval = 1
    • Draft = 0
    • In Progress / Review = 0.5
    • N/A = Out of Scope
  • Evidence/Scan Results by completion status:
    • Completed = 1
    • Not started = 0
    • In Progress / Review = 0.5
    • N/A = Out of Scope
  • Framework Objectives by status:
    • Compliant = 1
    • Not Compliant = 0
    • Partial / Review = 0.5
    • N/A = Out of Scope
  • Assessment by answer:
    • Yes = 1
    • No = 0
    • Partial = 0.5
    • N/A = Out of Scope
  • Risks by status:
    • Assessed / Scored / Remediated = 1
    • Not Assessed or Scored = 0
    • In Progress / Needs Remediation = 0.5
    • N/A = Out of Scope
  • Action Item by status:
    • Completed = 1
    • Not Started = 0
    • In Progress / Review = 0.5
    • N/A = Out of Scope
