The ControlMap MSP Dashboard is designed to manage multiple clients including the client accounts, centralized content, custom assessments and branding. More info on functionality here: MSP Dashboard Artilce

To help support MSP's or any organization with the need to segregate permissions at the client level two roles are supported to help manage clients differently.

Super Admin:

The Super Admin is the default top level admin that has full functionality including the ability to change settings and designate a Compliance Manager. This is done as shown in the screenshot under Settings --> System Users and Actions Edit (Pencil Icon).

The Super Admin also has the ability to create new Clients, Clone Clients, Manage Assessments, Documents, Integrations and other settings.

Compliance Manager:

The compliance manager is a limited admin role both at the client level and especially within the MSP Dashboard where this user is restricted to viewing and launching only the Client Tenants that the Compliance Manager is specifically invited to.

The Compliance Manager does have the ability to launch and mange clients it is assigned but does not have access to Settings or MSP Level Document / Assessment Management as shown below.

Compliance Manager View Below:

Compliance Managers must be "Invited" to the client tenants specifically by the Super Admin to view and launch those clients. The Screenshot below shows a Super Admin view clicking the Client Settings Menu (3 dots) and inviting a Compliance Manager to the client tenant. Once invited the client card will be displayed to the Compliance Manager.
