Your MSP Portal URL is the web address you use to access your ControlMap MSP Portal directly from the ScalePad Hub. This URL is selected during initial account creation and can't be changed afterward.

How MSP Portal URLs are assigned

When you first create your ControlMap account, you're prompted to choose your MSP Portal URL. This is the only time the URL can be set. Once your account is created, the URL is locked.

MSP Portal URLs vs. tenant URLs

While ControlMap supports editing the URL for your tenants, this doesn't apply to the MSP Portal URL. The MSP Portal URL is permanently set at account creation and can't be updated afterward.
