About

Co-branding lets you put your company or MSP logo on the reports you give your clients, so the documents carry your brand. You manage your logo once in the MSP portal, and it applies to all of your clients together.

Your logo and your client's logo are two separate things:

  • MSP logo: your own logo. You set it in the MSP portal under Settings.
  • Client logo: the logo of one client. You set it under System Information in that client's settings.

When you set up a report, you choose which of them to show.

Add your logo and turn on co-branding

  1. In the MSP portal top bar, select Settings, then open MSP Admin Details.
  2. Click the logo box or select Add Logo, and choose your image. It can be a PNG, JPG, JPEG, JFIF or BMP file, up to 1 MB. A larger file is refused with the message "File size should not exceed more than 1MB".
  3. Type your name in Your Company/MSP Name.
  4. Under Apply co-branding, turn on Show MSP/Admin logo. The switch stays off until you have added a logo. The Preview on the page updates when you turn it on.
  5. Select Save Changes, then select Yes in the "Update Confirmation?" dialog.

A message says "Successfully updated your company information." Saving applies your name, your logo and the co-branding switch to all of your active clients at once. You can't choose clients one by one.

Change or remove your logo

  1. Select Settings › MSP Admin Details.
  2. To replace the logo, select Delete Logo, then add a new one as described above. To remove it, select Delete Logo and leave the box empty.
  3. Select Save Changes and confirm with Yes.

Saving without a logo always clears it.

Show your logo on a report

Reports use the logos you have set up. To show them:

  1. Add your MSP logo and turn on Show MSP/Admin logo as described above.
  2. Add the client's logo under System Information in that client's settings.
  3. When you set up a report, choose the logo options in the report's settings.

The options depend on the report:

  • Compliance Health Report: Front Cover Page offers Client Logo and MSP Logo, and Back Cover Page offers MSP Logo.
  • Assessment Report: Front Page Logo, where you choose Customer Logo or MSP Logo.
  • Custom Assessment Report: Cover Page Logo, where you choose Customer Logo or MSP Logo.

Reports also have a separate option to include "Powered by ControlMap". It is independent of your logos.
