Use this article to reset the password for a ControlMap tenant that you access directly.
Who is this article for?
This article is for users who sign in directly to a ControlMap tenant, such as an end client or end user, using a tenant URL. A tenant URL may look similar to https://ClientName.app.ctrlmap.com.
Who is this article not for?
This article is not for users who sign in to the ControlMap MSP portal. MSP portal access is managed through the ScalePad Hub at app.scalepad.com.

Reset your tenant password
Navigate to the ControlMap tenant you want to access.
On the sign-in page, select Forgot Password.
Enter the email address associated with your tenant account.
Check your inbox for the password-reset email.
Open the email and select the password-reset link.
On the password-reset page, enter your username and new password.
Select Reset Password.
The page refreshes to the sign-in screen. Enter your new credentials to complete the login.
