Frameworks are a set of best practice recommendations by organizations like the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) for SOC2, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for NIST CSF and NIST 800-53 or 800-171r2 General Services Administration for FedRAMP.

ControlMap Supports over 50+ Frameworks and add's new ones each quarter. 

Frameworks in ControlMap

1. Go to Frameworks. 

2. My Frameworks Page provides a list of existing Frameworks setup and their Mappings, Summary and Progress.

   

    

3. Click the New Framework Button to add a new Framework: 
   1. Select from the list of frameworks and select "Import Content" to import the framework and it's mappings and task work
   2. 
4. Click on the "Info" i icon to see more information about the Framework, it's mappings and task work requirements:
