How to Connect

ControlMap requires a NodeWare API key to connect to the NodeWare APIs. You can create an API key by following these steps

Login as an Admin into the NodeWare console

Go to the Reports tab

Record the API key for use in ControlMap.

Next steps for prospect tenants

After you connect an MSP Portal integration, ControlMap will create prospect tenants. Choose the option that best fits your workflow:

• Activate the prospect by selecting Activate Tenant. This creates an active tenant and Tenant Portal, and uses a license.

• Merge the prospect into an existing Pro tenant if that company already has a tenant. This associates the integration data with the existing tenant. See About merging tenants.
