If you're trying to delete action items but can't find the option on the Home (To Do) page, this is expected. The Home page is a summary view and doesn't support management actions like deleting items. To delete action items, you need to navigate to the framework they belong to.
Follow the steps below to delete action items from within a framework.

Super Admins or Compliance Managers
Delete action items from a framework
In ControlMap, navigate to Frameworks.
Select the framework that contains the action items you want to delete.
Click Overview.
Open the Action Items tab.
Switch from Kanban to List view.
Click the Delete button next to each action item you want to remove.
Once deleted, the action items no longer appear in the framework or on the Home (To Do) page.
