If you're trying to merge a prospect into an existing tenant in ControlMap but the target tenant doesn't appear when you search in the Merge Tenant dialog, this is expected behavior. Only tenants with a Pro license are available as merge targets.

How tenant merging works
To merge a prospect, click the three-dot menu on the prospect card and select Merge tenant. In the Merge Tenant dialog, use the Search tenant to merge field to find the target tenant.
The search results only return tenants that have a Pro license assigned. Tenants on the Free or Essential plan don't appear as merge targets. Because each tenant in your account can have a different plan (Free, Essential, or Pro), some tenants may appear in the search results while others don't.
If the target tenant doesn't appear
Navigate to the target tenant's card and check the plan badge (Free, Essential, or Pro) displayed on the card.
If the tenant is on the Free or Essential plan, click Upgrade on the tenant card, or contact your account manager to upgrade it to the Pro plan.
Once the tenant has a Pro license, return to the prospect card, click the three-dot menu, select Merge tenant, and search for the target tenant again. It now appears in the results.
If the target tenant already has a Pro license and still doesn't appear in the merge list, reach out to our support team by submitting a ticket.
