If you're trying to clone a Pro tenant but the Clone Tenant option is greyed out, this is likely because all available Pro licenses on your account are already assigned. Tenant cloning requires an available Pro license for the newly created tenant.
Who can use this feature?
Super Admins
Note: Tenant cloning is only available for Pro tenants. Free and Essentials tenants can't be cloned.
Verify your license availability
Confirm that the source tenant you're trying to clone is a Pro tenant.
From the Dashboard, check your Pro license count in the navigation bar. This shows how many Pro licenses are currently assigned out of your total available.
If all Pro licenses are already assigned, reach out to your account manager to add additional Pro licenses to your account.
Once you've confirmed that an available Pro license exists, retry the cloning process. The Clone Tenant option should now be active.
