ControlMap can ingest data from over 20 PSA and RMM systems by leveraging ScalePad’s integrations with hundreds of MSP tools and services. This integration is connected automatically for all Partners, so no setup is required. Note that Partners on GovCloud cannot use this integration as it does not tie into GovCloud.

The integration performs the following compliance checks:

• Assets have active and valid warranty*.
• Create and maintain an asset inventory.
• Assets have active and up-to-date antivirus installed*.

*Antivirus and Warranty data is currently populated only when the PSA/RMM source is Datto RMM, Kaseya VSA, or NinjaOne. Other sources may not provide antivirus details to ControlMap.

If your source is not one of these supported systems, compliance checks and provide the evidence manually in ControlMap.

Next steps for prospect tenants

After you connect an MSP Portal integration, ControlMap will create prospect tenants. Choose the option that best fits your workflow:

• Activate the prospect by selecting Activate Tenant. This creates an active tenant and Tenant Portal, and uses a license.

• Merge the prospect into an existing Pro tenant if that company already has a tenant. This associates the integration data with the existing tenant. See About merging tenants.
