About this integration

This integration is multi-tenant and is configured within the ControlMap MSP Portal.

ControlMap connects to Huntress Managed Security Awareness (formerly Curricula) to fetch:

- Companies

- Users

- Awareness Training Programs

- Compliance Checks for Training

How to Connect

ControlMap uses OAuth or Open Authorization to authenticate to Curricula and setup the integration. 

- Logon to Curricula with a valid curricula user admin 

- Within the same browser session on another tab configure ControlMap to connect to curricula's integration

How to configure Curricula API Client (service account)

2) (Optional) Optionally setup an additional Curricula admin account or use an existing Curricula admin account:

 

 

ControlMap Setup: 

Create the Curricula Integration within the MSP Portal under Integrations.

Click "Connect" button while logged in with the Curricula account you wish to authenticate with.

 

 

The page may refresh during OAuth authentication. 

 

You can set now setup your Scan Schedule by choosing the preferred day of week then click "Save & Scan Now" 

 

Confirm by clicking "Got it" button

 

Integration with Curricula is now setup and connection status will be sown along with scan results:

 

Next steps for prospect tenants

After you connect an MSP Portal integration, ControlMap will create prospect tenants. Choose the option that best fits your workflow:

• Activate the prospect by selecting Activate Tenant. This creates an active tenant and Tenant Portal, and uses a license.

• Merge the prospect into an existing Pro tenant if that company already has a tenant. This associates the integration data with the existing tenant. See About merging tenants.
