Add a user to a specific ControlMap tenant and assign the role that matches their responsibilities.
Important: This article covers users within a ControlMap tenant. It does not cover users in the ControlMap MSP portal. To manage MSP portal access, see Granting and revoking access to ControlMap for MSP admins.
Add a user
Sign in to the ControlMap tenant.
Go to Settings > Users.
Click + Add user in the upper-right corner.
Enter the user's information.
Select the user's role.
Click Invite.
The user will receive an invitation to access the tenant.
